- Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging.

Please note that shipping costs for returns (outside of defective or damaged items) are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Start a Return

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and shipping details.
Please do not send any items back before receiving confirmation from our team.
Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, color, or size, please contact our support team.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing bchomehelp.info@gmail.com. with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Our team will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
International Returns
For international orders, please note that customs duties, import taxes, and return shipping costs are non-refundable and must be covered by the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
