These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through our webshop.

By placing an order, you confirm that you agree to the following terms.

2. Applicability

These general terms apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made via the BC Home webshop, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

By confirming your purchase, you agree to these terms.

3. Offers & Prices

All items are presented on our website as clearly and accurately as possible.

  • Prices are stated in euros (€), including VAT and excluding shipping costs, unless stated otherwise.
  • BC Home reserves the right to update prices and product information at any time.
  • Typographical errors or pricing mistakes are subject to correction.

We cannot guarantee that every product or material will fully meet your personal expectations, nor that all errors in our service will always be corrected immediately.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders can only be placed directly via our online store.

  • Payment must be completed in advance using one of our secure payment methods (iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, etc.).
  • Orders are processed once full payment has been received.


5. Delivery

BC Home delivers within the Netherlands and Belgium, unless otherwise stated.

  • Stated delivery times are indicative and not binding.
  • Delays in delivery do not entitle the customer to compensation.
  • If a product is out of stock, you will be informed as soon as possible.


6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout.

For large furniture pieces, specific delivery terms may apply.

These will always be communicated in advance.

7. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to a 30-day reflection period after receiving their order.

During this period, you may inspect the product as you would in a physical store.

  • Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
  • Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned.

8. Warranty & Complaints

All BC Home products are covered by the statutory warranty.

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at bchomehelp.info@gmail.com.

We will offer a suitable solution — such as a replacement, repair, or refund.

9. Liability

BC Home is not liable for damage caused by improper use or assembly of products.

Our total liability is limited to the amount of the order in question.

10. Force Majeure

BC Home cannot be held responsible for delays or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as:

  • Strikes
  • Natural disasters
  • Pandemics
  • Supplier or transportation delays


11. Intellectual Property

All content, including images, texts, designs, and logos, are the exclusive property of BC Home.

They may not be copied, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

12. Applicable Law & Disputes

All agreements and transactions are governed by Dutch law.

In the event of a dispute, both parties will first seek a mutual solution.

If this is not possible, the matter will be submitted to the competent Dutch court.
